Tears of Light is a collection of collages by Will Arnold. The source material for these collages varies widely, but they are all based around the beautiful black and white landscapes and backgrounds of Sanpei Shirato's manga series The Legend of Kamui, published in the US in 1987/88 by Eclipse International and Viz Comics.
